Office is the place where you spend the maximum time of your day. Therefore, the ambience and the environment of the office should be such that it provides you a comfortable working environment. Uncomfortable office chairs have known to create a lot of menace in the form of back pain. And back pain is one disorder that acts like an evil and reduces your capacity to work. Sitting on hard chairs can make your body parts pain. Remember that the sitting base shouldn’t be much soft either. Because the more the soft the base would be, the more comfortable you will get on your working table and thus less concentrative on the work.

2.Another important thing to note in an office chair is that it should be adjustable. Adjusting feature is important as the height of the chair should be in proportion to your working table. Ideally, the height of the chair should be a little less than your working table.

3.While choosing a chair for yourself keep in mind that the chair you opt for should have a proper inclination and you can also adjust the inclination according to your comfort. A proper inclination is important to give a proper rest to your back and thus avoid back pain.

4.Besides sitting base of the chair, the back cushioning of a chair is also an important aspect. The back rest should be as soft as possible and should also be flexible so that you can recline your back as many times as you want.

5.Also the base of the chair should be wide enough to accommodate your body properly and comfortably.
