Develop certain positive trends as far as your physic
is concerned. Sit erect. Don't sit like a lump, as if you have just lost
a heavyweight bout. Stand like a soldier, not like a creeper. Don't
sleep like a log of wood.
This may mean losing weight (because being overweight
can make back pain worse), Get your muscles in better shape, and improve
your postures when you are sitting, standing and sleeping.
As for the preventing measures follow the golden rule: Exercise
regularly by understanding your exercises. Wear flat shoes to keep the
proper body balance.
