1. Lie on your back-
Slowly, raise your knees up above the abdomen. When grabbing the inside
of your shins, spread your knees a little. When you exhale, let your
knees effortlessly fall further out to the side with gravity. For
several minutes, hold on to that position as you inhale and exhale
deeply.
2. Slide up your feet until they are near your backside
keeping the knees bent. Flatten your lower back by gently pressing it
into where you are lying down and inhale and exhale deeply. Hold on to
it for as many seconds as possible then go back to its curled position.
Repeat this low back pain exercise for about three to four times.
Treating
back pain through the above two exercise options is a very fruitful
