Do You Suffer From Back Pain In The Lower Right Side |

Hernia is also a candidate problem. In some cases of
back pain in the lower right side, disc herniation is a liable culprit.
The nucleus pulposus is part of the intervertebral disc that cushions
the spinal columns. What happens is when the nucleus pulposus matter
herniates through the fibrous band called the annulus fibrous which it
is normally bound. A considerable amount of strain or pressure (or
force) causes disc herniation, and this usually occurs on the lower back
which could radiate to other areas like the right side. Hernia treatment
requires a specialist or risk permanent disability. And it requires
immediate medical attention in order to prevent complications such as
organ dysfunction (especially true with other hernia cases), gangrene,
or even paralysis and death. Repairing hernias involve surgical
procedures but in most cases non life threatening.
The other common denominator may be the kidney stones that
radiate pain in the direction of lower right quadrant of your back. At
the early stage, the pain is somewhat vague and you may feel some low
pain in the lower right or left side that comes and goes. Gradually, the
pain increases and spreads to the groin. If you suffer from this kind of
pain, its very necessary to visit a doctor for advice. Try to avoid
foods rich in proteins, nitrogen and sodium.
Irritable bowel
syndrome may also be causing you back pain on the lower right side. This
vague and widespread cramp like pain is often accompanied by stomach
bloating and tiredness, gas and occasional nausea. Irritable bowel
syndrome goes along with diarrhea and constipation. This is no cause for
alarm. Get plenty of rest but don’t neglect the need for exercise. Walk
around a bit, this helps in the processes of your stomach. Eat a high
fiber diet and again, maximize your clear liquid intake, especially
water. Reducing fatty foods on your diet also helps.
