You can minimize problems with back and leg
pain with exercises that make the muscles in your back, stomach, hips
and thighs strong and flexible. You can also keep in good physical
condition by being active in recreational activities like running,
walking, bike riding, and swimming. There are specific exercises for low
back pain treatment that are directed toward strengthening and
stretching your back, stomach, hip and thigh muscles to provide you a
lower back pain relief.
It is always better

doctor. It is important to exercise regularly. Before exercising, you
should warm up with slow, rhythmic exercises; if you haven't exercised
in some time, you can warm up by walking. Below are two exercises that
are helpful in relieving back pain and are effective low back pain

1. Wall Slides

exercise is meant to increase strength in your back, hip and leg
muscles. First, stand with your back against the wall. Position your
feet slightly apart so that they are shoulder-width from each other.
Then slide down to a half crouch. While in this position, make sure your
knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Count till five before sliding back
up the wall. Repeat the exercise.
2. Leg Raise
This lower
left back pain exercise program will strengthen back and hip muscles.
First, assume the reclining position with your stomach on the mat. Place
your hands at the sides. Now, tighten the muscles of your right leg
first and raise it from the floor. Hold that leg up for about ten
seconds before returning it to the floor. Do the same with your left
leg. Repeat the whole exercise five times for each leg.
There are
