But first, it is necessary to know what low back pain is. Low Back Pain is the pain which we feel somewhere below our ribs or below the hip. * The most common cause of Low Back Pain is incorrect posture of the body. One also has to be careful while carrying too heavy a weight or lying on the floor. The best position to lie on the floor is on your back with a pillow under your head and knees.
* Do those exercises regularly that ensure a proper workout of the back muscles.
* Whenever sitting, bend your knees rather than your back.
