The beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome is usually conservative. Low
pain doesn't need invasive treatment. But, if the pain persists and
takes a severe form, aggressive and invasive treatment technique is
required. For low carpal tunnel syndrome, some medications and splints
are done for treating it, while severe syndrome requires endoscopic
surgery or other more technical defined treatment.
