Low Back Pain

Low back pain is the pain affecting the lower part of the body. This pain may come from the spine, muscles, nerves or other structures in that region. It may also radiate from other areas like your mid or upper back. A hernia in the groin, or a problem in the testicles or ovaries may also give birth to low back pain.

Acute, if the pain lasts for less than 6 weeks
Sub-acute, if the pain lasts for 6-12 weeks
Chronic, if the pain lasts for more than 12 weeks

However, most of the times, back pain do not signify any complicated problem and would sort itself out within a few days to a few weeks. You may experience various symptoms of low back pain like tingling or burning sensation, a dull aching or a sharp pain, and weakness in your legs or feet.
